PiR will assist the ECF Senior Pastor and staff as requested and as they are able. They may be asked to assist with premarital and marital counseling, officiate weddings or funerals, assist with discipleship courses and small groups, serve as prayer partners, or other ministry needs as they arise, and provide counsel to the pastor and staff as requested and consistent with their experience, spiritual gifting, and availability. 

PiR candidates will have an initial meeting with the Senior Pastor or Pastoral Staff person to discuss potential areas of service interest and can serve for an annual period of time that could be renewed.
